Do you hold our members’ money?
No. Card payments from the member portal go through Paystack and settle straight to your gym’s bank account; Paystack’s card fee comes off each payment. Transfers go directly to your account. IronTeller never sits in the middle of your money.
Do my members need to download an app?
No. The member portal runs in any phone browser. Members find your gym, pick a plan, pay by card or transfer, and book classes. Their membership card with a QR code lives there too.
Can I bring my current members over?
Yes. Upload the spreadsheet you already keep and IronTeller sets everyone up with their plan and end date. You can also add members at the front desk as they come in.
How do the renewal reminders work?
Every morning at 08:00, IronTeller emails, and texts if you switch SMS on, the members whose plan is about to end, then again on the day it ends. Each message has a link to renew, so members pay without signing in.
What if a member pays by transfer?
The member sees your account details and the exact amount. When the money lands, the front desk confirms it in one click and the membership starts.
We have more than one location.
Growth covers up to three branches and Pro has no limit. Staff can be limited to their own branch, and you see every branch together.
What happens after the free trial?
You get 14 days with everything switched on. Then pick a plan and pay by card. If you stop, your data stays yours and you can still export it.
